ALUP ALLEGRO 23-36

The Allegro 23-36 variable capacity compressor is equipped with a direct drive, which results in lower energy consumption and longer component life. The compressor guarantees high work efficiency and low noise emission. Depending on the selected version, it may be a complete solution. The Allegro 23-36 compressor is available in 4 power versions. Provides working pressure from 5 to 13 bar.

Efficiency and adaptation to the needs of the plant

Allegro 23-36 are variable speed compressors that adjust compressed air production to the needs of the process in real time. The compressors are efficient in operation thanks to their gear-based design. As a result, they consume up to 30% less electricity than fixed-capacity compressors with similar parameters. 

The device also uses a larger oil separator tank, which results in a lower pressure drop (below 0,25 bar) and oil losses below 2ppm. This solution results in lower energy costs, longer component life and higher quality of the emitted medium.

A heat exchanger is also available as an option, which allows you to recover part of the energy used and use it for other tasks in the plant - e.g. heating water for industrial purposes. 

Low noise level

The 23-36 variable speed compressor is a device that can be installed at workstations. As a result, this allows for savings in terms of installation expansion, energy consumption and reducing the risk of leakage. 

Air quality

The Allegro 23-36 compressor uses an internal water separator with an automatic drain, which eliminates up to 90% of water from the working medium. Additionally, the device has a redundant dryer and effective filtration at the inlet. As a result, it eliminates the risk of excessive contamination of compressed air, even when the compressor is operating in a dusty environment.  

Intuitive and convenient control

Allegro 23-36 is equipped with the Air Control 5.1 controller, which allows for full control of the device's operation, monitoring of faults and supervision of the service schedule. A clear graphical interface facilitates intuitive use.
