Roots blowers are precise positive displacement machines with rotating two- or three-tooth lobe rotors, used to transport air and gases. Air or gas is forced between the rotors and the device body.
The drive shaft on which one of the rotors is mounted drives the shaft of the other rotor through a gear transmission. Thanks to this, the work of both is synchronized and precise.
The rotors do not come into contact with each other or the body during operation. Pumping is possible thanks to very small gaps between the rotors themselves and between the rotors and the housing.

ROBOX Evolution industrial blowers are an integrated set intended for the transport of low-pressure gases, equipped with an RBS blower, driven by an electric motor via an appropriate belt transmission, together with a set of necessary equipment.
ROBOX blowers have a capacity of up to 150 m3/min and are equipped with an engine with a power of up to 250 kW. For higher efficiencies and power up to 250 kW, GRB sets with belt transmission are used. For power above 250 kW, we offer CRB sets with direct drive or gear transmission.
The main element of ROBOX Evolution is a modern RBS blower (compression stage), designed especially for this set, with a three-lobe rotor integrated with a special LOW-PULSE system - reducing pulsations occurring during normal operation.
Due to the possibility of individual tuning, this patented solution significantly reduces the noise produced by the operating blower. The phenomenon of sound wave interference and a device absorbing sounds with a frequency exceeding 500 Hz were used here.
Filters are placed in the muffler, just before the blower inlet, which remove contaminants of the transported air, even in the event of damage to the absorbing material. Filters increase the purity of the air flowing through the blowers. GRB and CRB sets use wideband resonance dampers, without damping material.
A new, original and extremely technologically advanced design that combines a sound absorption chamber with a resonance chamber. It is characterized by the lack of sound-absorbing material inside, avoids gas contamination and guarantees constant, efficient operation for a long time.
The exhaust silencer has been designed to minimize pressure losses of the transported gas. The muffler body is part of the base common to the blower and motor. The GRB and CRB sets use a broadband resonance damper, without damping material.
Our offer includes side-channel blowers - oil-free displacement devices that compress air and other gases to a slight overpressure, as well as to produce a specific negative pressure. These devices are most often made entirely of an appropriate aluminum alloy. The blower rotor is mounted directly on the motor shaft, working without contact in the housing.
Side channel blowers operate according to the reverse flow theory, which involves converting the kinetic energy of the flowing gas into pressure. The rotating impeller sucks in a specific volume of air between a pair of blades and pushes it, due to the action of centrifugal force, into the upper part of the space between the blades.
The pushed air is thrown out in the so-called side channel – outlet. Minimal clearances between the rotor and the housing ensure the elimination of friction and the need to lubricate the working space.
Side-channel fans deliver oil-free and virtually pulsation-free air. An important element of the blower is the cooling fan, which is responsible for reducing the temperature of the device during operation.
