We specialize in comprehensive repairs and renovations of screw compressors, piston compressors and Roots-type and side-channel blowers of all manufacturers, both Polish and foreign. We perform current, periodic and major repairs as well as warranty and post-warranty repairs. Our experienced team of service technicians also performs difficult and complex repairs of devices after failures.
We provide you with an experienced team of service technicians with a complete set of certificates confirming their authorization to perform the ordered service activities. Service technicians have the necessary tools to service, repair and overhaul compressors.
We are open to the needs and expectations of our customers. The service team is available 24 hours a day. Service, repairs and renovations, whenever possible, are carried out on-site at the customer's premises. If more advanced work is necessary, we transport the device to our plant. We provide service and renovation of compressors throughout Poland.
To ensure failure-free and efficient operation, each device requires not only systematic inspections and service, but also renovation and regeneration. Renovation of compressors is usually performed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations - usually after the device has operated for 20-30 thousand hours. work hours. It is recommended to overhaul the compressor in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations - this reduces the risk of a major compressor failure and downtime in the production process.
For all repairs, we use the materials indicated in the device manual. We use proven consumables and original spare parts, as a result of which compressors and other compressed air system devices guarantee long and failure-free operation. We also offer full compressor service and other devices.
We repair piston compressors. As part of the work, we dismantle the device along with diagnostics and verification of components. The service includes the replacement of worn-out components as well as the regeneration and mechanical processing of parts. The next step is assembly of the device, test run, tests and commissioning for further operation. With each renovation, the compressor also receives new filters and oil, which we recycle ourselves.
In the case of screw compressors, a general overhaul of the device involves the disassembly of all parts. The next step is to replace worn out elements and regenerate (or replace depending on the degree of wear) the screw block. We also regenerate electric motors (including replacing bearings) and regenerate oil and air system coolers. After the work is completed, the screw compressor is assembled and then test-run for measurement and commissioning. As part of the renovation, filters and oil are replaced and we recycle them ourselves.
Our company offers the possibility of planning the renovation, repair and regeneration of compressing equipment. Thanks to this, your plant will avoid situations of sudden cessation of production or provision of services. During a systematic inspection of the devices, each of our service technicians will indicate the degree of wear of the compressor's components and the time horizon for their correct operation. This will allow you to plan in advance any renovation, repair or regeneration work performed on compressors.
At the same time, in order to meet the expectations and needs of our customers, we offer replacement stations for the duration of the renovation, ensuring that the technological process at the customer's site is maintained.
