ALLEGRO 8-14 variable speed screw compressors are single-stage rotary screw compressors with oil injection. These are highly energy-saving, efficient and reliable devices. They are available in free-standing, tank-mounted and tank-mounted versions with an integrated dehumidifier. They are equipped with a direct drive contributing to even higher efficiency and reduced operating costs. They are available in 3 power versions (from 8 to 15kW) and provide a working pressure of 12,5 bar.
ALLEGRO 8-14 compressors, thanks to the variable speed technology, allow for savings of up to 35% in electricity consumption compared to devices operating at constant speed. An additional advantage is the use of a direct drive, which additionally increases their efficiency by another 3% compared to devices with a belt drive. ALLEGRO 8-14 uses a wide range of rotational speed adjustment, up to 83%.
Optionally, the devices can be equipped with an energy recovery system that captures up to 75% of heat.
ALLEGRO 8-14 screw compressors on a tank with a dryer ensure high quality of compressed air. This compressor variant is equipped with an internal water separator (used as standard), which allows the elimination of 90% of moisture. It also uses an in-line filter that eliminates oil particles with a diameter of up to 0,1 ppm.
The design of ALLEGRO 8-14 screw compressors includes large, removable panels, which significantly facilitate and shorten servicing. Shorter service time is also associated with the use of a direct drive.
ALLEGRO 8-14 machines emit low noise levels, so they can be installed directly at the pickup site. This significantly shortens the length of the piping system and reduces the risk of leaks.
ALLEGRO 8-14 has a built-in Air Control 5.0 controller, which allows for optimization and full control of the device's operation. An Air Control 5.1 graphics driver is also available as an option
ALLEGRO 8-14 variable capacity screw compressors have a wide range of additional equipment. In addition to the optional graphic controller, they can be equipped with additional air treatment elements, including compressed air filters that improve its quality, a WSD water separator and others.
