The EVOLUTO 8-22 variable speed screw compressor is the smallest model using PM technology that allows energy savings of up to 45%. It is available in a complete version - also with a refrigerant dryer.
EVOLUTO 8-22 variable speed compressors use class H IE4 motors equipped with internal permanent magnets and an Imperium inverter. This allows you to achieve unprecedented efficiency with low operating costs compared to fixed capacity compressors.
The iPM engines used in EVOLUTO 8-22 screw compressors have efficient oil cooling, which increases the service life of the machines and guarantees lower operating costs. Maintenance-free components also affect the durability of the devices.
The machines also use a graphic controller with a touch screen, which makes operation of the device intuitive and simple. Moreover, it also allows you to remotely monitor the operation of compressors.
EVOLUTO 8-22 compressors are perfect for difficult conditions. This is due to the IP54 drive system, which is resistant to both moisture and air pollution, as well as high room temperatures of up to 46 degrees Celsius.oC.
The EVOLUTO 8-22 variable speed compressor is available in 5 power versions offering a maximum working pressure of 13 bar. The compressor guarantees quiet operation, which allows it to be installed anywhere in the plant - in a dedicated compressor room or at work stations. As a result, the lack of the need to build a long piping system reduces the costs associated with the investment and minimizes the risk of leaks.
