Advantages of the LARGO 23-36 screw compressor

Efficiency 

LARGO 23-36 compressors use a gear drive, thanks to which the machine delivers 3% more efficiency than similar devices with a belt drive. It also ensures up to 30% lower bearing load, which translates into longer service life and lower service costs. Two-micron inlet filters and an air inlet located on the cold side of the compressor are also responsible for the compressor's greater efficiency. 

The LARGO 23-36 compressor also provides an effective air treatment system - an internal water separator equipped with an automatic drain as standard removes up to 90% of moisture from the compressed medium. The device also uses a redundant dryer, which is responsible for maximum moisture elimination. 

Low energy consumption

The LARGO 23-36 fixed-speed screw compressor is equipped with a Siemens engine with OP55 class F insulation, which guarantees lower energy consumption and operational reliability. The machine also uses a large oil separator tank, which results in a pressure drop below 0,25 bar and reduces the oil loss level to below 2 ppm. This, in turn, translates into lower energy costs, longer device life and higher quality of the final medium.

The advantage of LARGO 23-36 compressors is the ability to recover energy. The simple, mechanical heat recovery system is failure-free and does not require service. The recovered heat can be used for other industrial applications. 

Low noise level

LARGO 23-36 compressors use an electric fan, a closed pressure system and partitions, which significantly reduces noise emissions from the operating device. As a result, this compressor model can be installed close to workplaces. This solution allows you to reduce both the expenses related to the creation of an extensive pneumatic installation and reduces the risk of leaks and the related costs of repair work. 

Comfortable control and steering 

The LARGO 23-36 models feature an Air Control 5.0 controller responsible for monitoring compressor operation, controlling operation and indicating service warnings and fault warnings. The controller has a display with icons for intuitive use.
