LARGO 55-110 screw compressors are oil-injected devices equipped with a gear drive. They are characterized by wide functionality, high efficiency, quiet operation and excellent cooling. At the same time, they are simple and intuitive to use. LARGO 55-110 are available in 5 performance and 4 pressure versions. A diverse range of devices allows you to select a compressor tailored to the needs of each plant.
LARGO 55-110 screw compressors are equipped with a gear-based drive. As a result, devices were obtained that were 3% more efficient than machines with a belt drive. For higher energy efficiency, the compressors use IP55 and IE3 motors.
In LARGO 55-110 devices, pressure drops are minimized by using valves behind the compressing element. This results in higher energy efficiency of the device and lower electricity costs. The radial fan also contributes to lower electricity costs.
The energy recovery system also contributes to energy savings. The device allows for the recovery of thermal energy, which can be used in other processes in the plant.
LARGO 55-110 constant speed compressors are suitable for operation in the most difficult conditions, including air temperatures up to 46 ° C. Their innovative design ensures smaller dimensions and allows them to be mounted against a wall.
LARGO 55-110 compressors also guarantee better air filtration at the inlet thanks to the use of closed inlet filters that protect the compressor against dust. This solution extends the life of oil and filters and ensures lower maintenance costs.
The LARGO 55-110 screw compressors use an Airlogic HD controller with a large, color display. It allows for full insight into the operation of the device and optimization of electricity consumption in relation to the operation of the compressor. The Airlogic controller provides, among others: the possibility of precise pressure control, intelligent load cycle control, determines the service plan for the device and enables online control of the compressor's operation.
The LARGO 55-110 compressor is available with a built-in dryer. This solution minimizes the risk of pipe corrosion, operation at higher operating temperatures, eliminates the costs of installing an independent dehumidifier and at the same time saves space.
The LARGO 55-110 constant speed screw compressor is suitable for compressed air systems consisting of many compressors. For such a solution, we recommend using a central control system based on the ECOntrol6 controller, which allows you to reduce the pressure in the system while reducing energy consumption.
