The Czemar company was established in 2006 by the decision of Marek Staruszkiewicz, the owner and current President of the Company. It was he who - after analyzing "pros and cons" - decided to stop working in one of the Wrocław companies and start his own business.
The analysis of "pros and cons" led him to the decision to found a company whose original goals and challenges provided a solid basis for future development.
At the same time, Marek offered cooperation to Czesław Wilkowski, an experienced machining and cutting specialist with the title of master turner. Czesław, the current Technical Director and Representative for supervision and quality management, joined the project, jointly creating the foundations of the company.
In the first stage of its existence, the company was named Czemar-Serwis, as the name suggests, from the names of the founders: Czesław and Marek.
The company's beginnings were rather modest - Czemar rented a workshop and garage space from a former dairy. Its owner, like most Polish entrepreneurs in those years, started the development of the company in the proverbial garage, but back then it was something!

Expanding the business to include audit services.
The owner, Marek, knew everything about blowers and compressors because he was a service technician in his previous company.
In turn, his partner, Czesław, gained this knowledge from him. He learned how to disassemble and then assemble subsequent machines. He started with blowers and ended up with screw compressors.
To this day, the gentlemen remember the joy and satisfaction from the first renovated blowers. The partners were proud that they were in the compressed air market and that they were doing well!
Achieving profitability and hiring more employees to the team.
Acquiring new customers and increasing the number of returning customers.
The company moved its headquarters to a larger workshop and warehouse area, built from scratch. The new headquarters provided the company not only with more space, but also better conditions for developing its activities.
The following years were a period of dynamic development of the company, which included the purchase of the necessary equipment to perform renovations: a second lathe, a surface grinder, specialized grinders, a saw for cutting steel, a press, a balancing machine (one of the newest in Poland), equipment for metallization and vibration measurement. .
Thanks to the dynamically operating company Czemar Serwis, a second company, Czemar Sp., is established. z o. o.
A "used machine park" was created with an area of 1000 sq m, located in a newly built pavilion.
In 2021, the company made a bold decision to change its logo to a more modern and minimalist one. The new logo reflects the company's present and its area of activity related to compressed air, blowers and compressors.
2022 brought a new era for Czemar, introducing its own line of piston compressors, including the Airgroter, Lewander, Zonder and Sprinter models.
The company decisively entered foreign markets, establishing cooperation with partners in France and Arab countries, which expanded its global reach.
Expanding the company with more intensive sales of Alup container stations and compressors.
In November 2022, the company published a new, more modern and intuitive website. This website not only presents the full range of services and products offered by Czemar, but also shows the working atmosphere in the company. Multilingualism was also introduced, opening the company to foreign customers.
In 2023, the company began collaborating with other companies in the field of heat recovery, striving for energy efficiency and sustainability.
Czemar-Serwis focused on the development of its business - all earned funds were spent on investments, i.e. the purchase of new tools necessary for repair work. At this stage of operation, co-workers drove their private cars on service orders.
To this day, the oldest employees of Czemar remember the iconic Opel Vectra.
In order to conquer new markets, the eight-hour working day did not exist. People worked to successfully complete the order, even 20 hours a day!
From the beginning of the company's existence, the focus was on competence and honest, reliable work at the grassroots, which is why knowledge about the renovation of blowers and screw compressors was systematically expanded.
Good contact with customers who returned to Czemary made work easier, and there were more and more of them from month to month.
After two years of operation, the headquarters was expanded with the first new room. New equipment was also invested in, i.e. a lathe, which was necessary for the renovation and regeneration of elements of the equipment entrusted to the company.
After the first two years of independent work, due to the number of orders and office duties that the co-founders of Czemar had to perform independently after hours, it was decided to hire the first employee.
The company entered a new stage of development - it invested in a computer, and employees began to create an archive of photos that was helpful in analyzing damage to equipment for renovation.
Hard work, openness to new technologies and innovations resulted in the dynamic development of the brand. Czemar-Serwis systematically expanded the market and conquered new areas.
From thread to ball - in the following years of operation, Czemar-Serwis strengthened its position on the market. A new premises were rented to expand the workshop and warehouse space. More employees were hired - mechanics, welders and service technicians. New company vehicles were invested in.
A fleet of 28 service cars necessary to provide high-quality services.
Czemar-Serwis also trained the young generation of mechanics - here they gained practical knowledge and learned what they were not taught at school.
The efforts and efforts of the creators of Czemar-Serwis resulted in the dynamic development of the company. The next step was the construction from scratch of a new office building combined with a workshop with an area of 1000 m2.

No one could stop the company's dynamic development. Several years of efforts, work from scratch and systematic, well-thought-out investments have yielded measurable results. The company's headquarters was built from scratch and is still located in Wilków in the Opole region.
New, professional tools necessary for the renovation of the equipment were purchased, including a second lathe, a surface grinder, specialized grinders, a saw for cutting steel, a press, one of the newest balancing machines in Poland, and equipment for metallization and vibration measurement. In addition, new company cars and buses were purchased. More employees also found employment at Czemar-Serwis.
Based on the investments made and the increasingly stronger position on the industry market, a new company was established, Czemar Sp. z o. o. with the President and Commercial Director, Marek Staruszkiewicz, the Administrative Director and Proxy, Joanna Staruszkiewicz, and the Technical Director and Representative for supervision and quality management, Czesław Wilkowski.
Thus, from the people physically working in the company, the co-founders of Czemar took up the positions of the company's management staff, whose duties included, among others, training new employees and developing the company on new markets and horizons. The expansion of infrastructure, new products and investments went hand in hand with the development of management competences.
Czemar Sp. z o. o. climbed to the next level of development, with the professional management of the Company.
