The CZEMAR LEWANTER series includes direct drive compressors with power ranging from 30-150 kW. The devices provide higher efficiency, economical operation and reduced noise emissions.
The devices offer high quality compressed air and are easy to maintain and operate. Compressors are available in fixed and variable capacity versions. Models with a refrigerant dryer and a pressure tank are available as options.

Compressors in this series are equipped with a direct drive ensuring higher efficiency. They use a high-efficiency IE3 motor and screw block, which are connected via a coaxial gearbox, creating a compact, reliable, low-maintenance system. This design guarantees savings in energy consumption. Variable speed compressors are equipped with an inverter that adjusts the flow rate to the actual requirements of the network air. The motor/compressor speed varies within its control range.
LEWANTER screw compressors are equipped with electronic control with a multi-function display. SOFTSTARTER allows you to gradually increase the voltage and reduce overheating. At the same time, it increases the engine life and compressor efficiency. The controller used in LEWANTER compressors allows you to connect two compressors in series. At the same time, controllers 19 and L19 communicate internally with the compressor thanks to input/output modules specially designed for the specific needs of the different compressor series.
LEWANTER 30-150 kW screw compressors ensure optimal air conditioning. These units incorporate an inlet valve and air filter. Complete oil removal from the air filter is achieved thanks to an electropneumatic throttle. This series of compressors is available with an optional refrigeration dryer, which ensures high-quality compressed air, low pressure drop even under load fluctuations, a constant dew point under varying load conditions, and excellent efficiency. The compressors are equipped with a separator tank, oil filter, and separator filter as standard.
The advantage of the compressor is an electric fan and a radiator, which create a compact system ensuring low noise level and high air exchange in the cabin. The anti-vibration base, which eliminates air vibrations and mechanical stress, is responsible for reducing the noise level.
